It is a great subsidiary training form for those who mainly focus at combat and martial arts training.  It is an important auxiliary training content before and after Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai training.  Yoga focus on balance, posture, strength, and flexibility allows practitioners to perform better during combat  training.
